EnviroTech Financial, Inc. provides domestic and international financing on new and used equipment with a special emphasize on renewable energy systems. Additionally, we provide export financing on products manufactured by U.S. companies. As an additional service to our valued customers, we have affiliates who provide environmental consulting and engineering services. Information This Site Gathers/Tracks
EnviroTech Financial’s Web site logs IP addresses and browser types, but we do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. This means that a user’s session will be tracked, but the user will be anonymous.
You can browse our site without entering any personal information and therefore remain anonymous during your visit. However, we hope that all of our visitors will register with us so that we can learn more about our valuable customers and keep them updated with our "Sales Tidbits" and monthly newsletters. Our registration form asks users for name, email address, preferences, and various types of demographic information. The only other place that we collect personal information on our Web site is on the order form or the visitor feedback page. The literature order form asks for information such as name, title, postal address, email address, telephone number and fax number. In addition, the credit application page asked for much more detailed company information that will be used to evaluate the initial credit worthiness of any application submitted to us. That information will only be used by EnviroTech Financial to secure the financing of equipment you need and are applying for. You will be contacted via telephone by a representative of the company prior to our processing any of the credit information you provide to us.
Use of the Information this Site Gathers/Tracks
The EnviroTech Financial Web site logs IP addresses for systems administration purposes and these logs will be analyzed to constantly improve the value of the materials available on the website. We use the server log information only in aggregate form. We track the number of requests for various files on our site, to gauge the relative effectiveness of each page. We track the referring addresses to determine where to concentrate our marketing efforts. We track the browser type to assist in site design and accessibility. We track the the IP address making the request to provide us with visit length information so we can promote longer visits to the site. We make no use of any individually identifying information. We also track visits by the various e-mail address collecting robots, so we may effectively block them from our site.
Each form's required information is necessary for the stated purpose of the form. After the result of the form is processed (normally an e-mail being sent to us and replied to), no further use is made of the required information. If the form requests additional information, the submissions of those supplying data are retained for the purpose described in the form.
We maintain a database of all current member and customer contact information, including addresses, phone numbers, and the site usernames and passwords. This is used for site administration and needed contacts.
Server logs are not given or sold to, or viewed by, anyone outside EnviroTech Financial. Aggregate information on the geographic locations of users and aggregate site statistics may be shared with any potential advertisers on our site, but we retain control of all server logs.
Mailing lists and customer lists are not disclosed to any party outside EnviroTech Financial. We do not sell or give our lists to anyone.

We encourage all visitors to register with EnviroTech Financial. Your name and email address are used to send you our newsletter containing domestic and international financing and compliance information. If you would rather not receive the newsletter, but would still like to register, please indicate your preference by marking the appropriate box presented on the registration form. Occasionally, we like to present you with special offers from our partners. This involves sharing your information with them so they can send you the offer. If you prefer, you can choose that your information not be shared with our partners by indicating your preference on the registration form. Preferences and demographic information is used to help us improve our service and products. The more we know about you, the better we can serve you.
Sharing of the Information this Site Gathers/Tracks
For those visitors who register with EnviroTech Financial, we share your name, email address, preferences, and demographic information with select partners so they can present you with special offers. The information that you submit on the credit application form (contact and billing information) is never shared with any third parties, including our partners.
